Ordering & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship from Germany to the USA, Canada and the Gulf countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman). All parcels are sent with DHL and are fully tracked.

How long does delivery take?

Typical delivery times after dispatch: USA 6–12 business days, Canada and Gulf countries 7–14 business days. Customs processing can occasionally add a few days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat $9.90 worldwide – and FREE on all orders over $99.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Depending on your country and order value, import duties or taxes may apply. These are charged by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. All our parcels include correct customs declarations to avoid delays.

Products & Freshness

Is your candy really from Germany?

Yes – 100%. We buy directly in Germany and ship the original products in their original packaging, with German labels. No imports of imports, no repacking.

How fresh are the products?

We only ship products with long best-before dates. Full ingredient and allergen information is printed on every original package.

Can chocolate melt in summer?

Chocolate is sensitive to heat. During warm months we pack chocolate with protective thermal lining. In very hot summer weeks chocolate may still soften slightly in transit – this does not affect taste or safety. Gummy candy, biscuits and wafer products are not affected by warm weather.

Do you have vegan or gelatin-free options?

Payment & Discounts

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. Payments are processed securely by Shopify.

Do you have a discount for new customers?

Orders & Support

My order arrived damaged – what now?

Contact us via our contact page with a photo of the damaged items and your order number, and we will make it right. Please also see our Return & Refund Policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible via the contact page and we will do our best to help.
