We currently ship internationally to the United States, Canada, and selected Gulf countries.

Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times  
Estimated delivery times:

- United States: 7–14 business days  
- Canada: 7–14 business days  
- Gulf Countries: 7–18 business days  

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Shipping Costs  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Customs, Duties & Taxes  
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

CandyHaus is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

Tracking  
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Delayed Packages  
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at support@candyhaus.co and we will assist you.

Incorrect Address  
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Food & Import Notice  
Our products are food items imported from Germany. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring that the products comply with your country’s import regulations.

If a package is rejected or destroyed by customs, we cannot offer a refund.
